The Hanomag SS-100 was a real workhorse for the German armed forces during the Second World War.
Powered by a 100 hp 8553cc diesel, it was based on a civilian vehicle and could tow loads of up to 20 tons.
The SS-100 was used to tow all sorts of items, including artillery pieces, aircraft and even V2 rockets, as well as recovering broken down vehicles.
