Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (V) Lang / 1:35

Equipped with a long, powerful L/70 7.5cm gun superior to those of the Allies, the Jagdpanzer IV /70(V) Lang proved to be a formidable opponent after its introduction towards the end of World War II.
The "Lang" in its name was added to distinguish it from its predecessor with the shorter L/48 7.5cm gun.
The design, with its wedge-shaped glacis plate and use of the Panzer IV chassis, was carried over from the L/48 variant.
930 Jadgpanzer IV /70(V) Lang were produced between August 1944 and March 1945 and proved their worth at the front, such as in the Ardennes from December 1944, where their exceptional range and striking power kept the Allied forces in trouble until the very end.
