Russian MBT T-90A

When talking about the T-90, you can't ignore the T-72, because the first prototype (Object 188) of the Russian T-90 consisted of a converted T-72B with T-80U fire control system and new reactive armor.
With improved turret armor and a self-protection system, it became the T-72BU, but was renamed the T-90 for commercial reasons, as the T-72 had not performed so well in the Gulf War.
Various T-90 versions were built, including for export.
The T-90A has a welded turret with composite armor and modified reactive armor.
It is powered by a 1000 hp diesel engine, which gives it a top speed of up to 65 km/h.
The main armament is a 125 mm smoothbore cannon with automatic loading, secondary armament is a 7.62 mm and a 12.7 mm machine gun.
In addition to the armor (composite, reactive armor), the crew is protected by a passive system that disrupts incoming anti-tank missiles and thus reduces the probability of being hit.
