The Porsche 935: a true legend whose history dates back to its development for the Group 5 racing category, which began in 1976.
He became champion in his first year and was also the class of the field with the factory team in 1977. There were also numerous private 935s.
One of these private teams was Kremer Racing, which made some of its own modifications to the bodywork and used the 670 hp 6-cylinder turbocharged car in an eye-catching livery that borrowed its colors and mascot from title sponsor Vaillant.
The results were impressive: the Vaillant car beat the competition at the Hockenheim 6-hour race in July and took a hard-fought victory.
